Who writes this site

This site is written and edited by the JILI86 Team. It is a player guide about the JILI86 brand — its lobby, its games, its account screens as they read on a phone browser — and it is not JILI86 itself. Nothing on this site is written as the operator: when it describes a tab, a button or a rule, it is describing what a visit to the lobby shows, not making a claim on the operator’s behalf.

How this site is funded

This site is funded by referral links. Where a Login or Register button on this site leads to JILI86’s own lobby, that link may carry a referral tag, and this site may earn from it. That relationship does not change what any page here says about the lobby, its terms, or the operator’s regulatory standing — the same facts appear whether or not a reader ever clicks through.

What we read, and when

Everything this site states about the operator comes from two places, both read on 24 September 2026: JILI86’s own lobby, rendered directly in a browser, and PAGCOR’s own published list of registered brands and domain names, dated 27 August 2026. Screenshots and text captures of both sit in this site’s own evidence files, dated the same day they were read.

What we did not read

Nothing behind a login was read for this site — not the cashier’s deposit minimums, withdrawal limits or fees, not the VIP ladder’s own thresholds, not any rebate rate, and not the specific 16 game titles a shelf shows on any given day. Where a page here needs one of those figures, it tells you to open the relevant tab yourself and read what your own account screen shows, rather than printing a number nobody here has seen.

JILI86’s own lobby footer names an operating company registered in Curaçao and a Curaçao master licence. This site records that the footer names those two things; it does not state that the licence is valid, current, or that it covers the product as offered, and it never prints the licence number or the company’s registration number.

The same footer also carries a Tagalog notice describing the product as social-casino play with no real-money prizes — while the same lobby carries Deposit and Withdraw tabs. This site records that the footer says this. It does not resolve what that wording means for a real withdrawal, because that was not checked.

Separately, JILI86 does not appear on PAGCOR’s list of registered brands and domain names as of 27 August 2026. That is what the list shows on the date it was read; PAGCOR publishes updates to it, so a reader checking it later may see a different result than this site did on 24 September 2026.
