JILI86 Responsible Gaming and Where to Get Help
The age floor: 21, not 18
JILI86’s own lobby footer states 21+, matching the Philippine standard this site holds every operator it covers to. Play is not for anyone under 21, regardless of what a device, browser or payment method allows technically.
Who PAGCOR’s rules bar from playing
| Barred group | As PAGCOR states it |
|---|---|
| Under 21 | Anyone below the Philippine age floor |
| Government officials and employees | Those connected directly with government operation |
| AFP and PNP members | Armed Forces of the Philippines and Philippine National Police |
| NDRP-listed persons | Anyone on the National Database of Restricted Persons |
| GEL holders | Gaming Employment License holders |
Setting a limit before you play, not during a loss
A limit decided before a session — a deposit cap, a time budget, a stop-loss you commit to in advance — holds in a way a decision made mid-session rarely does. JILI86’s Offers tab tracks account activity across Rebate, VIP and History; reading that record periodically is a more useful check than reacting only when a session has already gone long.
PAGCOR’s Self-Exclusion Application Portal
| Duration | Can it be revoked early? |
|---|---|
| 6 months | No — the first six months of any self-exclusion cannot be revoked |
| 1 year | Only after the initial non-revocable period has passed |
| 5 years | Only after the initial non-revocable period has passed |
Self-exclusion is applied for online, directly through PAGCOR’s own Self-Exclusion Application Portal, and it is not specific to any one operator’s brand. Applying blocks the applicant from every PAGCOR-regulated venue the portal covers for the chosen duration, not from JILI86 alone — which is also why it is a stronger step than simply deleting one account or one app.
Signs worth checking in on yourself
None of the following need a crisis to be worth noticing early: chasing a loss with a bigger stake than planned, using money set aside for something else to keep a session going, losing track of how long a session has actually run, or checking the Rebate and History tabs mainly to justify continuing rather than to review honestly. None of these require a diagnosis to act on — a self-set limit, or a break, works the same whether the pattern is occasional or frequent.
Where to get help
Play has stopped feeling like it's within your control, or someone close to you is affected by it.
Contact PAGCOR’s Responsible Gaming office directly: (02) 8248-9568, or ResponsibleGaming@pagcor.ph. This is the same national channel this site points every reader to, independent of which operator’s page they arrived from.
