Evolution in the Philippine market
Teaming up with local partner One Visaya Gaming, it launched its first Asian live-casino studio in Cebu in 2025. August 2025 saw PAGCOR revoke OVG’s own B2C licence; even so, the Cebu studio keeps its stream to operators alive through a separate B2B licence. A separate live-dealer list, approved under PAGCOR EGLD, covers Evolution as well.
Whether Evolution publishes RTP
Because Evolution puts a return-to-player figure on its own game pages, any RTP quoted for one of its titles can be traced back to the studio instead of an aggregator.
The consistent RTP figures third-party sources report for Evolution’s game-show titles are why they’re logged as publishing RTP.
This matters more than it sounds. A return-to-player figure is worth only what its source is worth, and a number that comparison sites keep repeating without any primary source proves nothing.
Licences the studio holds
Evolution’s licensing record lists: Malta Gaming Authority, UK Gambling Commission, Approximately twenty further jurisdictions. An operator licence and a studio licence aren’t the same thing — the studio one covers the company building the games, not the casino offering them, so a player’s recourse runs through the operator’s regulator rather than the studio’s.
- Malta Gaming Authority — MGA/CRP/187/2010, the licence Evolution Gaming Malta Limited carries. A B2B Critical Supply Licence covering casino, currently Licensed, is confirmed through the MGA’s verification portal.
- UK Gambling Commission — Since October 2015, gambling software has remained active under Account 41655’s remote licence, and game host (casino) has done the same since August 2021. A review of anti-money-laundering failings that let unlicensed sites reach UK players with Evolution games resulted, come July 2026, in a £4.75m regulatory settlement. Its presence on the regulator’s own public register is the only reason this entry exists, even with the licence active and the settlement being a public statement rather than a suspension.
- Approximately twenty further jurisdictions — Evolution’s own compliance page traces licences to Denmark, Greece, Romania, Curacao, South Africa, the Isle of Man, Sweden, Latvia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Gibraltar, Spain, alongside a handful of US states and Canadian provinces.
Titles covered on this site
JILI86 has no Evolution title guide. Evolution appears on JILI86 for its licensing record rather than its catalogue.
On its own pages, Evolution features titles including Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette, Monopoly Live and Immersive Roulette. That’s simply the studio marketing its own catalogue. There’s no statement here about which titles any casino carries, nor about which of them have pages on this site.
